The Bible commands us not to lie, not to deceive one another. “Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another.” (Ephesians 4:25, NKJV). The very first sentence of the constitution/charter says, “We the members of The Church of God in Christ, hold the Holy Scriptures as contained in the Old and New Testament of our Bible as our rule of Faith and Practice.” What part of the constitution allows us to violate the bible? We see numerous instances where both the bible, state law, and the constitution are violated with no repercussions.
It is mind blowing to conduct our affairs in a dishonest, untrustworthy, devious and deceitful manner that has caused Westside COGIC to incur in excess of $300,000-dollar legal bills. A Florida Judicial Circuit Court in Escambia County Court judge, on the record in a COGIC vs Westside hearing, said COGIC has been disingenuous. Click the box to read page 20 of the transcript.
Another stunning rebuke came when concerning COGIC the judge said “…When it benefitted them, have the court involved, but when it didn’t, then, oh, we have jurisdiction, the court shouldn’t be involved…” (Click the red box to read page 8 of the transcript).
